So, I've had these sitting around for a while, and finally decided to do something with them.
Viper - Six Flags Magic Mountain
The first is Viper, found at Six Flags Magic Mountain, in Valencia, California. It's a good ride with many loops and a great corkscrew. This ride desevers two rides, first in the front and then in the back. I usually get on this ride first, as it gives you a great 'on top of the world' view of the entire park as you round the very first corner. You get a very serene feeling as you look over the Santa Clarita valley, and the entire park, then all hell breaks loose.
California Screamin' - Disney's California Adventure
California Screamin' is a fun run, and a bit of a unique one. You roll out of the gate, around a slow corner, and then you are stopped near the little lagoon there. You then experience a count down, and are shot into the ride. This breaks the traditional 'go up a big hill, and your momentum carries you through' aspect of most rides. Its a good rush, the first few times you experience it. The ride is smooth, and fast.
This is the same ride, but from across the lagoon.
